WAB is grateful for the support of Ray Kelly, who recently
contributed a total of 75,000 RMB to WAB for the JUMP! Leadership
Program and environmental technology for WAB Wild. Mr. Kelly's gift has
already made an impact on WAB's next generation of global leaders, and
will continue to do so for years to come. WAB Wild Coordinator Elliot
Bowyer elaborated, "Sponsorship for environmental technology is
fundamental to the development of the Miao Liang Environmental
Education Center, and Mr. Kelly's donation has seen the installation of
the solar hot water technology on the bathroom and kitchen. Such
technology will provide not only a fundamental feature at the center,
but also an excellent educational opportunity into the possibility of
harnessing the natural energy that we have available."
The JUMP! Leadership Program, which is on offer for MS and HS
students throughout the school year at WAB, has also benefited from Mr.
Kelly's generosity.
