WAB's One and Only Class of 2009
"WAB is a place where it is OK to be different, where it is cool to have unique ideas," said Davin Mackenzie, WAB parent and former board member as he addressed the Class of 2009 at the Grade 12 celebration.
Leaving Teachers
WAB wishes a fond farewell to all leaving teachers and wishes them the best in their future endeavors. These teachers will be missed but we know they'll stay in touch through WAB's Worldwide Community.

Beijing Blooms with Great Wall Ball
On Saturday evening, over 300 guests gathered at Commune by the Great Wall for Beijing in Bloom, WAB's spring gala. The celebration raised nearly 400,000RMB in support of post-earthquake relief efforts for Jiashan Primary School, as well as WAB's environmental projects. Pirates Unite Grade 2 - 12 Students
Pirates of the Caribbean sailed into the Founders' Theatre on Friday afternoon with an exciting performance featuring Grade 2 - 12 band students. The concert, which featured additional performances by the MS and HS Band, and a jazzed up rock number by WAB Director Robert Landau and WAB's swinging Jazz Band, was aimed at celebrating music at WAB and encouraging participation among younger students.
