WAB's Director, Mr. Robert Landau, welcomed over 125 guests to the very first WAB Alumni Reunion BBQ in the Peace Park. The attendees included alumni from the graduating classes of 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, along with former students who left WAB from as far back as 1995.
Billed as “Bigger, Better, Wetter than Ever,” the annual WAB Fun Fair did not disappoint!
WAB held its annual Rock in the Park on Saturday, May 15 in the Peace Park. This year’s well-attended event included bands, street theater, dance, food and much more!
The Grade 10 MYP celebration highlighted the accomplishments of individuals and of the Class of 2012. It also emphasized the many, many opportunities that WAB offers to its students.

WAB participated in a recent MYP Areas of Interaction Festival in Beijing. Over 70 students from 8 different schools collaborated in inter-school groups to develop action-research projects that will make a difference.
The recent 2nd Annual Beijing in Bloom raised nearly 650,000RMB for the HS green roof and Jiashan projects.

Each year WAB parents elect new Board of Trustees members for two-year terms in an election run by the Parent Teacher Association. Currently there are two positions open for the term beginning in August 2010.
