| The MS Student Council supports earthquake relief efforts with a contribution of 2,000 RMB. |
At Tuesday's MS Student Council meeting the SC reps decided to make a donation to the China Earthquake Relief Fund from money that was raised at the last MS Dance. They also decided not to have an end of year Student Council lunch but to add this money to the donation. The MS Student Council will donate a total of 2000 RMB to the Earthquake fund.
The MS Student Council has been exemplary this year in their support of their school, community and host country. Earlier in the school year, they donated dance proceeds to the Green Generation campaign to transform the campus lake into a wetlands area.
Thanks to all Student Council members for setting such a fine example, and inspiring their peers to share in WAB's Gong He spirit.
