Battle of the Books
The 2008/2009 season of the Battle of the Books is about to be launched in Beijing. This year it will be even bigger and better, with the “Friendly Competition” now open to a wider age range of students to include all those interested in reading from Grades 8 to 11.

MS Roots & Shoots Dotes on Cats
MS Roots and Shoots members visited the BHAEEC animal
shelter recently, where students were welcomed by
cats and dogs that are cared for by a private charity which promotes
adoption.
Rituals
As a culmination to a Grade 6 Drama unit, students will present their original Rituals performances in the Out of Box Theatre on
Monday and Tuesday afternoons at 3:30pm.
